ABOUT ME

My name is Jake Waksman. I am 18 years old and from London. I was raised in St. Johns Wood and later moved to Golders Green where I lived for the majority of my life. I lived here with my mum and always had a close relationship with my grandparents and cousins.

I went to Hendon Preparatory Primary School and then went to JFS for three years. I studied my GCSE's at Fine Arts College in Hampstead, where I walked away with 5 GCSE's including Business and Photography. I then carried on my education at City and Islington College where I completed a Level 3 Media and Production BTEC. Once this was completed I moved onto Birmingham City University where I am taking a BA (Hons) Media and Communication.

My hobbies are very media based and constantly consist of taking photographs and filming short films as well as music videos. I have a strong passion for motorised vehicles and enjoy gaining knowledge on the latest cars as well as photographing and videoing them. One of my past hobbies was recording music which I have kept with me and will hopefully pursue in the near future.

I am very open to my career choices at the moment, I do know that I want to work within media. My dream would be to work within the media involved within the motor industry as well as possibly being a test driver for a leading motor brand.
