The Beginning of My Media Passion

When I first found that I really enjoyed media was when I was 13 years old and I was skateboarding at the time. I began filming my friends skate on my phone and started putting the clips together using iMovie. This started off as something I would do occasionally but I then became the filmer for most of the skaters at my local skatepark.

I then purchased a Canon Powershot SX1 and a handle and also began using Final Cut Pro. I decided that I should begin posting the videos online so that my friends could see themselves skating.

I created a YouTube account and started uploading videos every week. The videos began getting a minimum of 500 views and people were giving positive feedback.
