For week 4, our directed study was to take a series of documentary photographs. We had to capture at least 3 Non-Confrontational, Unobtrusive shots, at least 3 Confrontational shots and at last 3 Obtrusive shots.
I rented out a Canon 700D and decided to get some Obtrusive shots of my friend Devonta. He is also a musician so these shots could be used for other purposes. I ensured that the camera was in manual mode so I could adjust the ISO depending on the light, as well as the shutter speed.
After taking these pictures I then put them into Adobe Photoshop where I edited them further. The adjustments I made were levels, hue and saturation, cropping and vibrance. I feel as though these adjustments enhanced the colours of his outfit.
